09 Jun Victoria & Christopher {Pavilion at Pepper Plantation}
Nothing says summer like a big bouquet of sunflowers. Today we get to share Victoria and Christopher’s sweet and sunny wedding day that took place at the Pavilion at Pepper Plantation—a rustic little venue tucked amongst the Spanish moss-covered oaks of Awendaw. Captured by Amy-Marie Kay Photography, this yellow and gray wedding was a charming balance of Southern, rustic, and a pinch of punk, thanks to the bridal party’s kicks: yellow and gray Vans. How fun! Once Victoria, who looked a vision in her Fabulous Frocks lace gown, had said “I do” to Christopher, the celebration moved indoors where dozens of paper lanterns hung from wooden rafters over tables accented with yellow and gray linens and towering centerpieces of greens, sunflowers, and dusty miller. The most festive moment of the reception, however, had to be when the newlyweds cut into their cupcake dessert spread, which was surrounded by Mason jars full of lit sparklers. Congratulations to the happy couple!
