Just when I thought I had seen it all, Valentina and Ryan’s downtown Charleston engagement session pops up in my inbox and sends me into a tailspin of loveliness. Photographer Lauren Jonas chose to take these two lovebirds to a few less common locales for their precious portraits, including the carriage tour stables on Market Street—a red and black backdrop that catered so very well to Valentina’s stylish knit cape and booties (as well as the couple’s intense love for their alma mater, Ohio State University). From posing with horses to stealing kisses on the tree-lined brick sidewalks to twirling on the steps of the Customs House in formal duds, this engagement session has me and the rest of the Wedding Row crew sufficiently inspired… you, too?
