12 Jul Tricia & Taylor | Boone Hall Plantation
OK, confession time: I have a real thing for a groom who carries his bride’s bouquet. Ahem. Moving on… let’s delve into Tricia and Taylor’s dreamy February wedding. Tricia wowed in a custom bohemian bell-sleeved gown from Bridal House of Charleston and that wild, oversized bouquet of trailing greenery, pepperberry, burgundy dahlias, dusty miller, and thistle by Branch Design Studio. Seriously, that bouquet is one big mama and I’m in love with it! The sweethearts, who met while working at Blackbaud a few years back, said “I do” in front of the iron gates of Boone Hall Plantation before strolling the oak-shaded grounds as shutterbug Caroline Ro snapped uber romantic portraits. When it was time to party, Tricia traded in her lace-trimmed veil for a dramatic flower crown to cap off her bohemian bridal vibe, and the two headed into a tented reception. Centerpieces of greenery, local craft beer on-tap, and bistro lights galore created a laidback and romantic atmosphere—exactly what Tricia and Taylor envisioned for their Big Day. Sending overflowing goodness to these two!
