We do a fair amount of sighing over pretty photos here at The Wedding Row, so much that if we keep it up, we might have to place fainting couches in strategic spots to catch all us overcome people. It might be time; after last week’s fall bridal runway shows, we are honestly, hand to the forehead, overwhelmed by all the amazing looks—at every price point, no less! Here are a few of our favorites from designers carried in the Lowcountry. The trends, from courthouse frocks and sleek getaway ensembles to capes, overskirts, flouncy off-shoulder sleeves, luscious tiers, colorful patterns, and more, keep evolving. Find yourself a swooning sofa of your own and get ready to Pin, people.

Fun Fact: Twice a year, each fall and spring, designers debut their next year’s looks. For example, gowns seen on the runways in fall 2017 will be available in shops in fall 2018. Between now and then, the latest collection tours bridal shops nationwide. At so-called trunk shows, you get to try on the newest looks, including gowns from the collection that a boutique might not have ordered to keep in-store year-round. Stay abreast of Charleston’s trunk shows by subscribing to our Bridal Buzz.
