25 Apr Sunday Snippits and a BIG Welcome
What a great week on The Wedding Row! We are preparing a line for next week that you will just love. Our friends over at A Charleston Bride took some time out their hectic schedule and sent us some of their weddings. You will not want to miss either of them. You will love the dramatic differences between the one that is crisp and clean and the other is simply dream worthy.
The Wedding Row is growing thanks to all of you incredible readers. Behind every fabulous Charleston wedding is a team of vendors who have the style and expertise to transform a wedding from an occasion into a work of art. Each vendor is well-established in Charleston and boasts a strong reputation for creativity and flawless execution. We are thrilled to introduce some of our new favorite vendors and the addition of some new vendor categories. With no further adieu, please meet Newton Farms Catering, Open House and Pamela Lesch, Makeup Artist Charleston.
You just cannot go wrong with Newton Farms Catering. We love them because they are so easy and willing to work with you, not to mention that that the food is delicious!!! I am huge fan of the bruschetta. For brides, they can accommodate any number of guests and budget and their chefs use only fresh ingredients of the highest quality. What we really love about Newton Farms is that they are fast. They guarantee to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. I admit, I have not ever waited that long for a response.
For those of you that have not been to Open House in West Ashley, you must plan a trip immediately. I adore this store. Imagine a store that combines the sophistication of Manhattan with the Southern charm of Charleston. You can one stop shop for practically anything, stationary, invitations, gifts, fine china, crystal, furniture and even some lighting. While you are there, you can also create your bridal registry. If you find that you are unable go during their business hours, call and make an appointment. Warning, do not go to Open House if you are in a hurry, they offer so many great products and ideas that you will want to stay a while!
Now, every bride wants to look gorgeous on their big day, and Pamela Lesch, Makeup Artist Charleston is here to help. She believes that wedding makeup should be natural . . . you at your radiant best and taken up a notch. Think skin that’s even and glows, eyes that are well-defined, flushed cheeks, and rosy lips. You want to look back at your wedding photos and see a timeless, classic makeup. And yes, she comes to you…perfect! Pamela is a busy girl in Charleston, so call to make your appointment.
An on a last note, Girl Saturday has been busy too! She writes for us each week to give the insider perspective of a bride planning her wedding in Charleston. But she spends the rest of week around town finding the wonderful things happening each day. From that great sale or unique find to what is yummy in town. You can follow {like} her on Facebook and share your thoughts…she is always looking for great ideas. Speaking of Facebook, you can find Newton Farms Catering, Open House and Pamela Lesch, Makeup Artist Charleston there too!
Special Thanks to Darrell Brock who submitted the great photograph that we used today for the top of feature. A big congratulations and Welcome to Harper! Our friends at Hoppmann Creative had a sweet baby this week. We are going to give them a few days off before they add our wonderful new vendors to the vendor page.
