06 Apr Sarah & Thomas {William Aiken House}
While it’s true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, the otherworldly allure of Sarah and Thomas’ nuptials at the William Aiken House could enchant even the most particular set of peepers. I, for one, was mesmerized at first glance and cannot fathom a wedding more unique and more worthy of sharing! Sarah’s choice to trade a wedding veil for a halo of blooms, the gilded touches scattered throughout the venue, and her remarkable, ground-sweeping vintage dress have made me a believer in all things bohemian. Sticking to the theme’s relaxed roots, the couple nibbled on a “naked” cake garnished with feathery sprigs of Astilbe, replicating the simplicity of the wedding bouquets by Branch Design Studio. The Burlap Elephant’s innovative wedding design is a wakeup call for all of the bridal senses and one sure to get the creativity flowing. Congratulations to this gorgeous couple—you are my breath of fresh air for this Monday morning!
