16 Nov Sarah & Rob | Charleston Place Hotel
Sarah and Rob were set up on a blind date while both were living in the Lowcountry with her in Summerville and him on Hilton Head Island. After hitting it off over dinner at Oak Steakhouse, on Broad Street downtown, they fell heart-first into a long-distance relationship. Just a year later, Rob popped the question on a trip to Asheville, North Carolina. For their nuptials, they headed back to the town where sparks first flew, and invited guests to a phenomenal weekend. For starters, all were greeted with treats from the luxury gift gurus at A Signature Welcome. From there, Sarah and Rob hosted a welcome dinner at Oak (of course), a rehearsal dinner at LeFarfelle, and a ceremony and reception at the Belmond Charleston Place Hotel. (Both are foodies, so they took a turn toward decadent and served the ultra rich coconut cake from Peninsula Grill for dessert.) Here’s one wedding we certainly wish we’d had an invitation to!
