07 Sep Sarah & Jeff {Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation}
How can it possibly get any better than a sea of seven flower crown-wearing flower girls and a dapper little ring bearer? Well, pour another cup of coffee and get ready because Sarah and Jeff’s Big Day only gets lovelier. The couple’s wedding at Boone Hall Plantation began with a dreamy ceremony staged against the iron gates of the site’s plantation house and featuring touching vows, a double-dad procession, and the flower girls lounging on the lawn for images that are straight out of a provincial painting. We absolutely love Sarah’s colorful fall bouquet and her lace gown (with its removable sleeves), perfect for the party which followed at the Cotton Dock. The rustic waterside building was decorated with blue linens, wooden planter boxes stuffed with autumnal flora, and a fireside lounge perfect for an autumn evening on the creek. Cap it all off with good food, delish drinks, and one heck of a dance party and it’s safe to say that these two threw an excellent celebration. Cheers, Sarah and Jeff!
