30 Nov Sarah-Butler & Stahler {Hibernian Hall}
Sarah-Butler, a born and raised Charleston gal, met her beau, Stahler, while studying at Clemson University. This past June, the two reunited all of their college crew, plus family and friends to celebrate their wedding in true Holy City fashion. Sarah-Butler spent the morning at her family home in Awendaw getting pampered by Blushair Bridal Hair and Makeup (and posing with giant magnolia blooms) before she and her bridesmaids headed downtown to Bethel United Methodist Church for the ceremony. Once she and Stahler had been pronounced husband and wife, they hopped into the back of a vintage Mercedes convertible (draped in a magnolia garland, of course) and headed to Hibernian Hall for their reception. Blushing peonies from Palmetto Petals, delectable slices of cake from Charleston Cakes Etc, and tunes from Loose Chain kept everyone smiling until the clock announced it was time for the newlyweds to depart. At that moment,the cheering crowd grabbed Clemson-hued pom poms and formed a serious Tiger tunnel that the couple dashed through. Bravo (and “Go Tigers!”) to Sarah-Butler and Stahler!
