To say that the Ooh! What a Pop-Up Party was a blast would be an understatement. With gorgeous Ooh! Events rentals and Out of the Garden florals setting the eclectic and stunning tone for the event—in the Ooh! design center, no less—other artisan vendors rolled in (some quite literally) to provide guests with a smashing sampling of yummy bites, bubbly cocktails, and plain fun. Whether you were having your name inked on a moleskin field note pad by Penned by Palmer, ordering salted caramel cotton candy at the Pure Fluff cart, or having your makeup touched up in the Ooh! Beautiful Airstream makeup studio (I did all of these things), you were sure to be having the time of your life. After guests had mingled and perused all of the fun that there was to have (and maybe snuck a couple extra Grey Ghost cookies and ABCD Cakes macarons when no one was looking) in the front of the house, the warehouse doors opened and guests were welcomed “backstage” into the overwhelmingly incredible Ooh! Events rental warehouse where settees are stacked to the eaves, chandeliers sparkle en masse, mounds of bar fronts beckon, and that night, The Lowhills crooned. To compound the style statements, Lovely—the national soon-to-open here indie designer bridal boutique—dressed models who mingled with the rest of us. One question: Can this party pop up every week, please?
