We are wrapping up our New York Bridal Market coverage with the Modern Trousseau Spring 2012 collection featuring lace details illustrated in a fresh and modern take, which was the inspiration for this collection per the head designer, Callie Tein. Callie summarized her mission for the Spring 2012 collection by stating:”Fashion is what people wear.” The collection featured french Alencon, Chantilly, Spanish Macrame and delicate Italian Guipure lace along with Thai silk, silk organza and belted accent details to create classic, romantic modern bridal gowns.
