Take notes, dears, because Lisa and Ryan know how to do a first look. Once Lisa had donned her beautiful lace gown, she met her groom at local wine bar O’Hara & Flynn, the location of their first date. After shedding a few sentimental, happy tears, the lovebirds relaxed with a glass of champagne and chatted excitedly about the rest of the day’s coming events. Following that Big Day icebreaker, they headed over the Cooper River to Pitt Street Bridge for wedding party shots with photographer, Reese Moore. Next stop? The dockside Cottage on the Creek where they tied the knot in a sweet ceremony featuring hanging lanterns, laughter, and a special kiss. The rest of the evening unfolded into a laid-back reception overlooking Shem Creek at sunset—easily the best spot in Mount Pleasant to watch a day end. From blushing blooms to mint-hued linens to a tunes provided by DJ Darby Events and a lineup of insider locations, this wedding was the perfect local celebration for one truly sweet Charleston couple.
