You are in for one wed~tacular treat today here on TWR! Bold, vibrant, and insanely beautiful are the best ways to describe this gorgeous Daniel Island Club wedding designed by Kristin Newman Designs. Inspired by sentiments of home, the bride wanted a celebration that was filled with an ambiance that was effortlessly warm, comfortable, and “home-y.” The couple, who come from colorful and diverse backgrounds, wanted their wedding to be a reflection of their personal stories and histories. Family heirlooms lined the tables at the reception. Cousins contributed hand calligraphy to the invitations and place cards and home-baked brownies to the dessert table. Not to mention that all of the picture perfect flower arrangements by Gathering Floral + Event Design were carefully and individually designed. Each arranged in an array of silver vessels, collected from past generations from the bride’s family. Guests dined under hanging bell jar lanterns and 10-foot trees planted in one of a kind terracotta pots (insert long, swooning sigh here). Ultimately, Lauren and John wanted a wedding where they could celebrate with close family and friends in an atmosphere that seemed warm and inviting. Well, we think you absolutely nailed it – big time!!
