Why hello, Lauren and Corey, and thank you, you charming high school sweethearts, for ushering us into the weekend with your lush blush and gold-kissed affair at Lowndes Grove Plantation. Shot by Emily Baucom Photography, this pretty Charleston wedding is full of Pinnable moments from beginning to end. First, there’s Lauren’s stunning bridal look with her soft swept curls, golden heels, illusion lace gown with its chapel train, and gorgeous bouquet of blush and white peonies, ruffly sweet peas, and delicate ranunculus. Wow! Next comes their charming welcome for guests: upon arrival at the plantation, the PPHG team (the crew behind the site and its catering) greeted wedding goers with passed white wine and delicious hors d’oeuvres before inviting them to enjoy more from the boxwood bar set up in the mansion’s portico. After the ice had sufficiently been broken among revelers, everyone came together for a “golden hour” ceremony on the front lawn of the stately venue. Inside the draped reception tent, gold vessels held countless blush and white blooms while gold chiavaris lined every table … that is, except for Lauren and Corey’s sweetheart table, which boasted a beautiful velvet loveseat for the lovebirds to share.
