Ooo la la … does it get any prettier than these hand-painted macarons by ABCD Cakes? Great thinking, Lauren and Cody! The couple went for a “Southern, simple, and casual” wedding day, as described by the bride, and it is all of those things in all the right ways. Just look at how Lauren’s beaded BHLDN gown and her mussed chignon had Cody beaming when he first saw her. And how much do I love the image of Lauren straightening her almost-hubby’s bow tie? Nice shot, Dana Cubbage. From there, the charm just keeps on coming from the parade of bridesmaids walking down the Legare Waring House’s Avenue of Oaks to Lauren exchanging vows with Cody in the open air, then a tented reception with blue linens, greenery garlands, and a feast from Hamby Catering & Events. Darby Events took over the night with live tunes, until the happy couple headed out through a tunnel of Auburn University pom poms. War Eagle to Lauren and Cody, and wedded bliss to you both, too.
