Kristen, who designs womens golf apparel, met Matt through work, and though it might have taken him a while to ask her out, as soon as their first date was underway, the two were inseparable. A year-and-a-half later, it was December and Matt told Kristen he had purchased new ornaments for her to open. After the third box, she looked up to see Matt down on one knee and pushing her to open the last box. Inside? A “Just Engaged” ornament. Cue the start of happily ever after! Given their beginnings, they booked the River Course on Kiawah Island (get it? She makes golf togs …) for the wedding, which is an utter vision with its pops of blue.
