26 May Katie {Bridal Session}
Blooms, ballgowns, puppies, oh my! How is it that one little bridal session can contain so many of my favorite things? Well, when the bride is as stylish as Katie and the fabulous Dana Cubbage is behind the lens, it only make sense that this beautiful session at Lowndes Grove Plantation quickly turned into obsession. First, there’s Katie’s classic ballgown, which she changed up with two different belts (one, a big Southern bow is meant for the ceremony; the other, a beaded band is intended for the reception). Then there’s the stunning bouquet of Juliet garden roses, hot pink ranunculus, and dusty miller from Branch Design Studio that positively pops in every shot. But the pièce de résistance of this beautiful bridal session? That would have to be Katie’s sweet pups, Shelby and Knox, who donned a bow-tie collars (him) and a floral wreath (her) to match Katie’s bouquet. So sweet! A big thank you to Katie and her pups for sharing this darling session with all of us.
