Today’s lovely engagement session couple has stolen our hearts, not only through their beyond gorgeous images by Dana Cubbage, but also with their sweet love story. The two first met on a boat ride to an oyster roast at Vickery’s, and then continued to bump into each other around Charleston until they finally agreed to go on a double date. After plenty of laughs (and some bread pudding from Halls Chophouse), Kathleen was sold and after dating in earnest, Michael surprised her with a romantic proposal in the Bahamas—nice! With a shoot spanning the streets of downtown Charleston and the pristine shores of Folly Beach, this well-styled, beautiful couple made for one stunning engagement session. Kathleen and Michael plan to tie to the knot this January with a reception at the Cotton Dock; cheers to them both!
