We cannot think of a more fantastic way to start a week brimming with Charleston wedding prettiness than with an infusion of super beautiful photographed by Leigh Webber. The William Aiken House stunner is an exercise in gorgeous with petal perfection designed by Gathering Floral + Event Design. The bride and groom planned a first look before the ceremony with photographers stationed to capture their special moment without intruding. This also lent a perfect opportunity to photograph the wedding party and family so after the vows were said, the reception could begin. A honored southern phase that I love is, “it takes a village…” In this affair, the bride and groom exchanged their vows with a village of attendants…9 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen, 2 flower girls and a ring bearer…love! And, the darling frocks worn by the flower girls were made by the bride’s mother for Katherine when she was a little girl, swoon.
