Hola, darling readers! Today you’re invited to Katherine and Steven’s wedding at the Legare Waring House, compliments of the lovely Anne Rhett of Anne Rhett Photography. The couple met at a watering hole on King Street and quickly fell very much in love before Katherine left for an extended trip to Madrid. Conveniently, and romantically we might add, Steven is from Colombia so the two were able to continue their romance in both English and Spanish until they tied the knot this past spring. The ladies of Mingle created an event that not only honored both their South American and Jewish heritages, but also paid homage to the city where their great love began. A few of our favorite touches? The palmetto tree that graced their paperies, that the soft blooms pulled from the colors throughout the historic home, and, of course, a delicious Lowcountry dinner by Fresh Foods.
