Ahhh, I never tire of love stories. When a new “bride to be” shares the news of her engagement, the immediate question that follows {after the shrieks of delight} is…”how did he ask?” It is a point in time that is seared into each of our memories…”the moment he popped the question.” I remember every detail of the night I become engaged to my sweet husband, it was magical.
Julie and Marshal live in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Marshal is a military man and duty called him to move to Florida. Julie, a nurse, promptly left her job and packed her bags to move to Florida as well. The couple wanted to have photographs taken to remember their time in Charleston and called on Chi Photography. Ries, their sweet dog, joined in on the fun.
The couple made a quick stop at their home on East Bay Street for a change of clothes and unbeknownst to Julie, Marshall also picked up a surprise engagement ring. As the couple playfully continued the photo shoot, Marshal knelt on bended knee to propose….I think that we can guess her answer!
