Our friends at Pure Luxe Bride must have known that this Lowndes Grove affair was just what the doctor ordered for our mid-week pick-me-up. Seersucker suits, sun-kissed images, and the sight of succulents snuggled up next to roses has had my little heart skipping a beat. After a stunning ceremony on the front lawn of downtown’s only remaining plantation, guests enjoyed a tented reception nestled between the grand house and the banks of the Ashley River. Tables were adorned with arrangements of cream and pink hydrangeas by WildFlowers Inc. After a reception of yummy eats by Fish Restaurant and the music from Charleston Groove Factory, Jamie and Pete capped off the night with a sparkler exit—a perfect ending to a gorgeous day!
