Our heads are still spinning from all the fabulous fetes and fantastic people we met, brides and wedding pros alike. We walked away with enough leads and ideas to (hopefully) sate us till next year. To share some of all the prettiness, here are some snaps Marni Rothschild Pictures took at Saturday’s House Party Presented by Southern Protocol Bridal at The Gadsden House downtown, which Sweetgrass Social designed. Brides were greeted with goodies from Tristan Catering and Events, cocktails before a runway show of Carol Hannah gowns. From there, it was onto the piazza and into the drawing rooms, each populated by a different expert. Lisa Thomas from Ooh! Events and Out of the Garden shared tabletop tips;Southern Protocol Bridal and Cacky’s Bride-Aid talked out the best gown for your figure; Belk showed off the best new things to register for; Ceci Johnson of Ceci New York led attendees through the ABCs of stationery and invitations; Diamonds Direct and Henri Daussi (wo)manned a diamond bar to try on stunning rings and more; and ABP Makeup made everyone gorgeous with their custom lipsticks.
