18 Oct Ginger & Grayson {Historic Rice Mill}
Ginger and Grayson’s beautiful Charleston wedding is full of so many thoughtful and meaningful details I can’t hardly stand it! Darling bride Ginger accessorized her wedding gown with her grandmother’s 1942 veil and train, which had also been worn by her mother and sister. As if that weren’t charming enough, then there are the invitation suites with a hand-drawn sketch of the Charleston skyline by the Brackish Bow Tie-wearing groom, Grayson. Sighs all around… After the two had said “I do,” the crew headed to the Historic Rice Mill where a large collection of ginger jars served as the floral vessels throughout the beautiful waterside venue. (Get it? The bride’s name is Ginger, y’all.) And for one more bit of nostalgia, Ashley Bakery created a breathtaking three-tiered cake with giant sugar magnolia blooms and pearl details lined with real magnolia leaves at the base. Southern and stunning, just like the rest of this sweet wedding. Cheers, Ginger and Grayson!
