Ready for your close-up? We are! We’re looking for one real-life couple to star in a shoot at Middleton Place plantation on October 8, 2013.
Here’s the scoop:
We’re teaming up with Leigh Webber Photography to create a staged shoot starring one couple through a faux proposal, engagement photo session, and save-the-date shot, all snapped on the grounds of Middleton Place.
It’s part of a luxury learning retreat for wedding photographers, Bliss & Bokeh, and the images will be considered for various outlets, from Charleston Weddings magazine, our site, our blog, The Wedding Row, to various platforms for photographers’ and our partners.
As for those partners? Here are a few who are contributing to the shoot (just to name a few)

Interested? Here’s what to do By Friday September 27th at 5pm:
1) Make sure your calendar is CLEAR for you and your significant other to join us Tuesday, October 8, 2013, from noon till 8 p.m.
2) Submit 5 to 10 images of each of you to editor Melissa Bigner [mbigner@charlestonmag.com]. The images should be current, include couple shots, and some full-length shots.
3) Tell us your story, how you met, why you should be picked, and on—we love the details!
4) Attend one fitting at LulaKate; on King Street (her).
