Everyone–including us–has been all abuzz about the new Southern Protocol Boutique, but let’s not forget what darn good wedding designers they are, too, as seen in today’s featured wedding. Following a beautiful ceremony at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church in the Old Village, Danielle and Brendan’s cotton-themed fête took over The Creek Club at I’On, an intimate creekside venue boasting wrap around porches, a boat dock, and brick fireplaces (it’s also just a few blocks from our Charleston Weddings magazine offices!). As for the décor? There are custom ideas out the wazoo, people, from clever butler cards (placed in beds of grass to look like golf tees) to printed cocktail napkins (featuring the custom cotton pod motif) and tablescapes made of real pieces of driftwood, milk glass vessels, mercury glass votives, and plenty of beautiful blooms by Branch Design Studio.
