15 Dec Cristina & David {Magnolia Plantation & Gardens}
Christmas might have been right around the corner when Cristina married her man, David, this time last year, but that didn’t keep her (and the ladies of Ooh! Events) from masterfully designing her wedding day in the loveliest palette of lavender, blush, and gray. After a stunning ceremony at Blessed Sacrament Church, the newlyweds led their family and guests down Plantation Row to Magnolia Plantation & Gardens and a wintry dreamland set in the historic estate’s carriage house. Farm tables lined with doily runners, mercury glass vessels full of soft, full blooms, and intertwined pieces of driftwood set the scene in the rustic high-beamed room. Outside, the patio was lit by bistro lights and boasted a bar by Squeeze On Site, a crackling fire, and a pin-worthy lounge complete with gray velvet sofas, bales of hay, and a crystal chandelier hung from an overhead oak. To cut the chill further, Christina and her maids donned fur stoles over their gowns. We’re pretty darn sure we couldn’t love this pastel spin on a winter wedding any more. Enjoy!
