01 Jun Courtney & Scott {Lowndes Grove Plantation}
Alright, now that you’re finished aww-ing at the precious flower girl and ring bearer, it’s time to jump feet-first into Courtney and Scott’s stunning wedding. The romance began with a meet-cute at a Kentucky Derby Party, which in time was followed by a Paris proposal, and led to a gorgeous wedding celebration at Lowndes Grove Plantation. Kelly wowed in her fitted lace gown, lace trimmed veil, top knot styled by Paper Dolls, and cascading bouquet of orchids, ranunculus, tulips, and hanging amaranthus by Branch Design Studio. Once the couple had been named husband and wife on the front lawn of the plantation home, guests were welcomed into the reception tent which had been beautifully designed by Sweetgrass Social. Silver chiavari chairs gathered around tables draped in the softest of blush linens and set with peach napkins and blooming centerpieces of tree peonies, stock, and Juliet garden roses. How fresh and romantic is that atmosphere? A big thank you to the happy couple for sharing this day with us. We couldn’t imagine a better way to start June!
