We’re wrapping up the month of April with a beautiful wedding that has us in a Charleston spring state of mind! Connor and Casey exchanged vows at St. Andrews Church in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. As the newlyweds exited the garland lined doorway of the chapel as husband and wife, Clay Austin Photography snapped some of the most joy-filled images we’ve seen. From there, the couple led the celebration across the Cooper River to a private waterfront club downtown where Ooh! Events and Out of the Garden had filled a ballroom with glittering linens, a seagrass lounge, and blooming arrangements of hydrangea, roses, and blushing bride protea. Beautiful! Gents in white dinner jackets and maids in soft blue gowns made a perfect bridal party palette against the Charleston Harbor, but the real showstopper was Connor’s gown whose lace motifs were repeated on their four-tiered cake by Ashley Bakery. Cheers to the newlyweds and happy weekend, TWRers!
