09 Feb Claire & Eliseo {Goat Island}
We obviously love weddings at The Wedding Row, but we sure do love a good after-party, too! Take Claire and Eliseo’s get-together. The couple first shared their vows at Lowndes Grove Plantation, then hosted a beach-chic soirée at Goat Island Gatherings the next day, in lieu of a traditional reception. Attendees rode to the fete on a pontoon boat and were greeted with a Cru Catering feast featuring oysters on the half shell and tunes by Southern Flavor Bluegrass. Junior guests were entertained with butterfly nets, cornhole, and kite flying—not that the adults didn’t join in on the fun. (We’re also pretty sure someone took a little a siesta in one of the many hammocks on the beach.) Thanks to the newlyweds for sharing your celebration with us, and to photographer Hunter McRae, who nabbed a few snaps of the couple’s sweet, smiling pup along with the laid-back Lowcountry bash.
