Georgia residents Christa, an interior designer, and Chris, a financial advisor, met while leaving their offices one night when heading to their cars, which were parked in the same garage. New York native Chris, thinking to be clever, called out “Nice parking job…” to Christa and after she sassily hollered back “I am in the lines!”, he knew she was something special. Determined to meet again, Chris phoned her work line, and soon after their first date, they knew they were onto a blossoming relationship. Two years later, Chris surprised Christa with a weekend getaway to Lake Oconee where the concierge asked them if they would be interested in being a part of a photoshoot for the resort. Coincidence? We think not, but Christa was none the wiser. After walking around the property with the photographer, Chris got down on one knee and asked his blushing sweetheart to be his wife. Not only did she say “Yes,” but also they got it all on film. When Christa (with her savvy designer eye) teamed up with Cobblestone Convivial, the result was an elegant wedding filled with unique shapes—just wait till you see the altar—and stunning blooms from Branch Design Studios. Dancing into the wee hours of the morning, the happy couple left in a rickshaw and were off to forever!
