Charleston gal, Chelsea, met and fell in love with her North Carolina beau Austin while studying at Clemson University. Flash-forward through five years of courting, some long-distance romance, a move to Winston-Salem and a proposal and suddenly you are at their darling autumn engagement photo session with photographer Anne Rhett. Ta to the da. The couple, who plan to tie the knot this summer in Greenville, South Carolina, roamed all over Charleston and Mount Pleasant capturing the historic Charleston portraits that us TWRers always love. But then they also grabbed some charming shots at Shem Creek Park that makes us think this easily accessible locale should be added to our list of portrait hot spots! As the Lowcountry sun set over the creek Chelsea and Austin made sure that their sweet pup Henry got some spotlight time as well—too cute. Best of luck, Chelsea and Austin…and little Henry, too!
