12 Sep Caroline & Robert {William Aiken House}
When A Charleston Bride told us they had a wedding they wanted to share with us, and shared that the bride not only made her wedding gown but all of the bridesmaid gowns as well—let’s just say we were beside ourselves with excitement. Caroline and Robert’s wedding at the William Aiken House did not disappoint with its champagne tower, overflowing florals from Mint Juleps, and multiple lounges (from the Louis line from Snyder) surrounding the dance floor. After dining on a delicious meal prepared by Fish Restaurant, guests sat for hand-cut silhouettes from artist Clay Rice. The fun didn’t end that night, however, because the next day, Caroline and Robert hosted a “One-Day Anniversary” party for their guests that we’ll be showcasing tomorrow.
