16 Jul Becca & Chris {Pavilion at Pepper Plantation}
Can I just pause to say how much I’m loving all the bold colors in weddings these days? And today, Becca and Chris’ stylish wedding at the Pavilion at Pepper Plantation has made my color-loving heart swell even more. This happy couple, who met in 2011 at a dive bar in North Charleston, worked with WildFlowers Inc to create a bold and citrus-colored palette—executed with coral roses, orange tulips, and cooled with minty leaves of dusty miller—that perfectly popped against the reception’s ivory and champagne sequin linens. Even their sweet pup, Khaleesi, coordinated with the setting thanks to her custom doggie collar of seeded eucalyptus and ranunculus. So cute (and so very unlike the Game of Thrones name she bears)! My favorite element of this colorful affair, however, has to be the naked cake from TWR Preferred Vendor DeClare Cakes. Beautiful! Cheers to the happy couple and thank you for inspiring us with your colorful wedding day.
