When Will and Abby were students at Emory University in Atlanta, he would walk her to French class, carry her books, and chat her up any chance he could. That studious flirting eventually led to a proposal in North Carolina, where the two had moved after graduation. Though Abby knew the ask was coming, she says she wouldn’t have it any other way. “It felt like something we chose together and was perfectly in sync with what our next step would be,” she says. When their Big Day at Lowndes Grove Plantation rolled around, Mac & B Events had fashioned something beyond the bride’s dreams. When asked about her favorite part, she shuts down the question with another of her own. “How could there be one when there were so many perfect moments to be grateful for?” Abby says. Touché!
