Charleston, the Southern gem that it is, has the fortune of having historic venues around every corner. One of the most iconic is the Legare Waring House, a plantation home nestled on the grounds of Charlestowne Landing along the Ashley River. Emily and Ryan chose wisely when the selected this venue as the locale for their wedding day and took full advantage of the home’s palatial charm, ancient oaks, and pervasive Lowcountry atmosphere by enlisting the design talents of Café Catering to not only create a romantic open-air reception, but also to provide delicious Southern eats for the event. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt when every table has been accented by custom arrangements of cotton bolls and eucalyptus crafted by Charleston Florist.
