19 Feb Inspiration Bridal Shoot {Gadsden House}
Now, you probably recognize this beautiful bride and her breathtaking Marchesa gown from last week’s feature of Brighid and Michael’s wedding at the William Aiken House. But we like photographer Jennings King, we simply couldn’t get enough of that gown. Hence we are happy to share Brighid’s bridal session, which also doubled as a drop-dead gorgeous styled shoot at the Gadsden House. Styled by Megan of Mingle and beautifully flowered by Whitney of Branch Design Studio, this romantically designed shoot complemented the Regency style of the historic venue perfectly. Just check out the dark marble mantel and its a blooming green garland, the brass candlesticks and vintage player piano music rolls (from 428 Main), and the table setting with its pooling tulle runner, delicate china, and antique-hued flora. But wait, it gets even more gorgeous thanks to Ashley Bakery’s chic, geometric gold-piped cake topped with clusters of blueberries, a sweet motif that’s repeated in the cocktail on the brass bar cart. Be still our hearts! We think it’s safe to say that Brighid’s faith in her team of vendors making her bridal session day (which also happened to be her birthday) beautiful certainly paid off! Now Pin away!
