Have you managed to take your eyes off of that incredible magnolia leaf arbor piece? If so, it’s time to dive head first into Sarah and Ryan’s nautical-inspired affair at The Island House on John’s Island. Husband and wife photo team amelia + dan snapped every beautiful bloom, pretty paperie, and thoughtful detail of the wedding, from Sarah, a vision in her illusion lace Galina Signature gown, to her bouquet of blush roses, anemones, lavender stock, and hydrangea from Beyond Bouquets by Stephanie, to a tented reception in stunning colors. There, lanterns and blooms punctuated tables topped in navy linens while bistro lights cast a romantic glow over the entire space. As the sun set over the Stono River, guests dined on a Southern spread from Hamby Catering + Events before heading to the dance floor to get down to the sounds of DJ Saturdave.
