06 Aug Jillian & Brian {Charisma by the Sea}
To say Jillian and Brian’s wedding looked like a fun one would be understatement of the year. Brian, a native Charlestonian with a passion for boating and watersports, truly found his match in Jillian, a fitness guru and personal trainer who may or may not have some breakdancing skills up her sleeve… more on that later. As a springtime squall moved across the ocean on Folly Beach, closer and closer to their beachfront ceremony, Brian and Jillian could have cared less as they said “I do” with their sweet Australian Shepherd pups at their feet. Afterward, they retreated to the fabulous beach house they rented to host the celebration (Charisma by the Sea), where Stephanie Gibbs Events had dolled things up with green garlands, simple florals, and oyster shells. Guests dined on bites from Ted’s Butcher Block and sipped on Rum Swizzles, a tropical drink in honor of the couple’s love of sailing and all things beachy. As the night went on, check out how the party got more and more lively, including Jillian schooling everyone by breakdancing in her gown. Amazing!
