20 Mar Kelly & Michael {The Wickliffe House}
It was love at first sight when Kelly and Michael’s graced our inbox—and we’re pretty sure you will fall just as hard. Kelly, along with her navy-clad bridesmaids, made her way into St. Luke’s Chapel where she and Michael tied the knot surrounded by friends and family. After some darling portraits in the church’s oak-shaded courtyard, the newlyweds met their guests on the front lawn of The Wickliffe House for an al-fresco cocktail hour. It came as no surprise when we learned that the gorgeous florals, custom fabric accents, and fabulous décor displayed in and around the historic manse was produced by Lindsay Shanks of A Charleston Bride. Inside, guests dined at long banquet tables lined with navy damask runners, candles and blooms, while outside multiple seagrass lounges, bistro lights, an outdoor bar, and rocking chairs awaited—perfect for restful moments in between dances on the outdoor dance floor! Every bit of the wedding, from the gorgeous Scotti Cline Design paperies to the joyful faces of the bride and groom in every shot captured by shannon michele photography have our little wedding hearts feeling oh-so content. Cheers!
