13 Feb Kathie & Adam {Palmetto Bluff}
With one of the most romantic days of year on the horizon, Kathie and Adam’s dreamy wedding at Palmetto Bluff seemed the perfect Southern wedding to share with you today. From the moment these images by Ashley Seawell fell into our hands, we were in love. The wedding’s soft palette of pear green and sea foam blue colors every thoughtful detail, be that the monogrammed flower girl frocks, the invitation suite, the Alfred Sung bridesmaid dresses, or even Kathie’s perfect Badgley Mischka heels. Then, of course, there’s the copious amount of lush blooms—garden roses, greenery, dusty miller, and hydrangea—that have us swooning with every glance. Once the darling ceremony in the Palmetto Bluff chapel had wrapped, the newlyweds cut the cake (which echoed the bride’s pearl-styled gown) then led guests down the dock to Grace, a beautiful boat that took the wedding celebrations out to sea for a bit. Mint julep cocktails were sipped, dances were danced, and before they knew it, it was time for Kathie and Adam to return their friends and family to the dock and depart as husband and wife. Good thing we have the weekend to take in all the pretty of this beaut!
