Helloooooo Holidays! We’re kicking off the week in true festive fashion thanks to Nancy and Will’s swoon-worthy Palmetto Bluff wedding. Nestled just outside of Hilton Head Island, the luxury retreat Palmetto Bluff served as the getaway weekend venue, creating a retreat-like vibe that the couple so desired for their guests and themselves. The two said their vows in the stunning, pared-down but polished little chapel on the property (which was appropriately adorned with Christmas wreaths) before leading their guests to an open-air cocktail hour. As the sun slowly sank over the marshlands, Jennings King Photography caught magical shots, like the glow of the bistro lights as they lit the path for guests to an indoor reception. Inside the clubhouse a wonderland awaited, dressed with textured ivory linens, green and white blooms, candlelight, and a sumptuous dessert bar featuring macarons and mini crème brulees. One of our favorite details from this Lowcountry affair was the oyster shell garland that stood in for a traditional guest book. Check it out for sure.
