As a graduate of both College of Charleston and Charleston School of Law, Kristen decided long ago that her bridal portrait would be taken in the riverfront gardens of beautiful Middleton Place. Accompanied by photographer Jennings King, Kristen donned her showstopping fit-and-flare Vera Wang gown and, of course, a pair of Manolo Blahniks, and then wandered the former plantation’s historic grounds, bouquet in tow. From ivy-covered walls to majestic, riverside oaks and terraced gardens, the setting yielded scores of sublimely stunning settings. Take a walk with the two, and you, too, can bask in the glow of that golden sun-filled day. We’re pretty sure this is how every bride wants to be captured.
