Wesley & Lansing | Oldfield Plantation

Including family traditions into a wedding pulls right at my heartstrings and in this case, they were plucked over and over. For starters, Wesley and Lansing were married by the groom’s great uncle, who officiated his parents wedding long ago. Sweet, right? Then they included their dogs, Remy and Cotton (the latter of whom acted as “ring dog”) in the ceremony and portraits. Aww. And last? They headed out from their reception in Wesley’s mother’s 1969 Mercedes convertible. Nice! Toss in a gorgeous fall day and artful shots by Dana Cubbage, and this milestone day is one big memory maker.
