It may still be storming here in Charleston, but we’ve got something to cheer up the rainiest of Mondays for you. Here’s to kicking off the week with an absolute gem of a wedding planned by the always fabulous Luke Wilson of Luke Wilson Special Events. Filled to the brim with custom details and style galore, Sarah and Cary’s Lowndes Grove Plantation wedding is truly like none other. Following an uncommon color palette of yellow and purple, Luke directed SYG Designs to fill every vessel with exotic flora like orchids, Bird of Paradise, palm fronds, and more, to completely transform the plantation’s terrace into a wildly luxurious retreat. Sarah and her maids, wearing Monique Lhuillier and LulaKate respectively, looked like princesses every one, especially with their amazing bouquets. Also of note? The masterpiece of a cake crafted by none other than Wedding Cakes by Jim Smeal, of course—it’s a work of art!
