28 May Lauren & Henry {River Course}
We’re starting the morning off right with an absolute stunner from A Charleston Bride. Lauren and Henry’s wedding took place at Kiawah Island’s River Course, a luxurious clubhouse positioned among the rolling golf course and waters of the Lowcountry retreat. Outside, Lauren and Henry said “I do” under an arbor dripping in hydrangea, roses, snapdragons, and dahlias before heading inside the beautiful ballroom for their reception. Long banquet tables were draped in heavy linen tablecloths and lined with lace table runners, wooden X-back chairs, and countless blooms overflowing from tall candelabra arrangements. As the sun set over the water, the room was overtaken with candlelight creating the most romantic of glows that cast itself over the entire space—what a perfect aura for a night of dining, dancing, and celebrating!
