Laney and Zach’s wedding at The Gadsden House was as fresh and fun as they come. The day began with Wild Cotton Photography capturing an emotional first look between Laney and her dad—I’m not crying, you’re crying! With her bridesmaids in tow (note those gowns in that perfect shade of blue), Laney made her way to the courtyard to exchange vows with her dapper groom. With the formalities tied up, the wedding party stole away for portraits downtown while the rest of the guests sampled Hamby Catering & Events’ biscuit bar—yes, you read that right: a bar of biscuits, with heaven-sent fixings, no less. When all were reunited, the celebrations continued in relaxed style with a reception populated by tables indoors in stately rooms and outdoors on the piazzas and across the tabby courtyard. And to keep the build-a-baked good fun going, Glazed Gourmet Doughnuts provided a doughnut bar in lieu of a wedding cake. Yum!
