Jessie & Scott {Historic Rice Mill}

Jessie & Scott {Historic Rice Mill}

By Andraya Northrup | November 09, 2010

Charleston weddings on a fabulous scale are off the charts. Jessie and Scott’s gorgeous affair at the The Historic Rice Mill is making me one happy wedding blogger today. The soiree was a little slice of wedding nirvana overflowing prettiness. Timeless Designs floral and décor panache coupled with the artistic coordination of Luke Wilson Special Events created a wedding brimming with beautiful color, tons of kick off your heels dancing and a cake smash that made me laugh out loud!

    I really like the bride’s blue shoes and the choice of a patterned bridesmaid’s dress! Is that a viewmaster slide?? Where did they get those? I love it!

    Oh…St. Luke’s. I think we all have several thousands of images from that lovely church! Great job everyone!

    Hayden, the viewmaster slide was created by the groom as a way of proposing to his bride. They came up with a professional version of the very same slide to show off at the reception. It was full of great shots of them together while dating with the last slide being a “Will you marry me?”. So cute!
