What a treat, today we are off to the Charleston Harbor aboard the Carolina Girl for Fran and Geoff’s wedding rehearsal dinner photographed by the extremely talented Leigh Webber Photography. The happy couple, who reside in Bermuda, selected Charleston for their destination wedding. And the Carolina Girl offered the perfect setting that combined their love of the Lowcountry, where Fran was raised, and Geoff’s passion as an avid mariner.
They transported their guests to the marina on trolleys while Mint Juleps and sparkling water awaited them for their stroll down the dock. The Voices of Deliverance welcomed guests aboard the Carolina Girl with their a cappella vocals. Fran chose to have her Moncks Corner hometown caterer, A&M Browns Barbeque, serve a Lowcountry style menu featuring BBQ. They treated their guests to a unique musical experience by flying in Empire Brass, a world renowned quintet whose only previous wedding performance included Caroline Kennedy’s wedding.
